Welcome, if you’ve felt the call to explore Reiki and open your heart to energy healing, this is where your journey begins. At Just Tonic Reiki Training, I offer a complete pathway through Reiki 1, Reiki 2, and Reiki 3 / Master levels, all taught in small, supportive groups in Rugby and Warwick. Each course is a sacred, nurturing experience filled with personal insight, hands-on practice and spiritual growth. My aim is to leave you at each level feeling confident, inspired and deeply connected to Reiki energy, ready to integrate it into your life and share it with others.
Reiki 1 - Foundation Level
1 Day Training - £160
Reiki 1 is your starting point, a gentle yet powerful introduction to Reiki. You’ll learn how to channel healing energy for yourself and others, opening a doorway to peace, clarity, and self-discovery.
You’ll learn:
- The history, principles, and lineage of Reiki
- Understanding the chakras and the human energy system
- How to give a full Reiki self-treatment and simple treatments for others
- Grounding, protection and energy cleansing techniques
- How to work safely and confidently with Reiki energy
- Guided meditations and your Reiki 1 attunement
You’ll receive:
- A printed Reiki 1 manual and certificate of completion
- Hands-on practice, journaling and reflection space
- A personalised gift bag and after course self-care guidance
You’ll leave feeling:
- Grounded, balanced, and confident to practice
- Reiki for self-healing, loved ones and personal wellbeing.
- Open to all - no previous experience needed.
Reiki 2 - Practitioner Level
2 Day Training - £260
Building on your foundation, Reiki 2 deepens your connection to Reiki energy. You’ll receive new attunements, learn sacred symbols and explore distance healing and professional practice.
You’ll learn:
- The three traditional Reiki 2 symbols and their uses
- How to give distant Reiki and set powerful healing intentions
- Advanced energy techniques and intuitive practice
- How to create a professional treatment space and offer Reiki to clients
- Ethics, record-keeping, and self-care as a practitioner
You’ll receive:
- Reiki 2 manual and ongoing tutor support throughout your case-study period
- Two attunements to strengthen your Reiki channel
- Practice sessions with feedback and guidance
- Guided meditations and reflection throughout
- Your Reiki 2 certificate will be awarded once your case studies and inner-work reflections have been completed and reviewed, acknowledging your full integration of this level
You’ll leave feeling:
- Confident and empowered to share Reiki with clients and loved ones, with a deeper intuitive connection, practical skills for healing work and a clear pathway toward Master level.
Prerequisite: Reiki 1 (any lineage).
Reiki 3 / Master Level — The Path to Mastery
2 Day Training – £395
The Reiki 3 / Master course is a sacred step into energetic mastery and spiritual leadership. It’s designed for those ready to embody Reiki as a lifelong path, deepening personal practice and preparing to guide others.
This level focuses on personal transformation, advanced healing techniques, and stepping into your Master energy. Once you’ve integrated into this level, you’ll have the option to progress to the Reiki Master Teacher pathway, where you’ll learn to attune and teach future students yourself.
You’ll learn:
- The Reiki Master symbol and its uses
- Advanced healing techniques and intuitive energy work
- Deep energetic cleansing and alignment practices
- How to hold sacred space and support others on their healing path
- The foundations of teaching and mentoring Reiki students (introduction to the Teacher level)
You’ll receive:
- Reiki 3 / Master manual and certificate
- Attunement to the Master energy (once your teacher shadowing and attunement process are complete)
- Reflective exercises and guidance to help you integrate your Master journey
- Ongoing support and the opportunity to progress to full Master/Teacher
training
You’ll leave feeling:
- Deeply connected to your higher self and ready to step into your next level as a Reiki practitioner and future teacher.
Prerequisite: Reiki 2 and a minimum of six months’ practice experience.
