What is a Holistic Facial?
A holistic facial is so much more than skincare. It is a deeply relaxing treatment designed to nurture both your skin and your overall wellbeing.
Using gentle, mindful techniques alongside carefully chosen skincare, each facial gives you time to slow down, switch off and enjoy some much needed time for yourself.
What to Expect During a Session
Before your appointment, you'll receive a consultation form by email to complete, allowing your treatment to be tailored to you and your skin.
When you arrive, you can simply settle comfortably onto the treatment couch and begin to unwind. Your facial will include gentle cleansing, nourishing skincare and relaxing facial massage techniques.
Depending on the facial you choose, your treatment may also include Gua Sha or cooling Ice Globes.
This is your time to completely switch off, relax and enjoy being looked after, leaving you feeling refreshed, restored and beautifully relaxed.

Do I need to prepare for my facial?
You'll receive a consultation form by email before your appointment. On the day, simply arrive as you are and I'll take care of the rest.
Which facial is right for me?
I offer a selection of holistic facials, including Gua Sha and Ice Globe treatments. If you're unsure which to choose, please get in touch and I'll be happy to help you decide.
Do I need to remove my make-up beforehand?
Where possible, I recommend arriving with a clean, makeup free face so we can make the most of the treatment time. If this isn't possible, don't worry, as cleansing is included as part of your facial. I do recommend avoiding waterproof mascara where possible, as this can be difficult to remove fully.
What should I wear?
Come in whatever you feel comfortable wearing. You'll remain comfortably covered throughout your facial while the areas needed for your facial will be accessible.
Can I have a facial if I have sensitive skin?
Please include any sensitivities, allergies or skin concerns on your consultation form before your appointment. This allows me to ensure your treatment is suitable and adapted where needed.
